I am trained in CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release Dynamics, Deep Massage and Orthopedic Massage.  I believe the session time is your time and I am here to use my expertise and training to address your concerns and issues.  During the first session, you will fill out a health questionnaire and provide me with a brief history.  After that, we can tailor each session to what is going on the day you come in for a session.

He does play music, but you can hear the traffic outside on Beaver, which is distracting and he also shares the space with a hair salon. The room is pretty light too, I like it a bit darker. He really works on your back and spine. Could spend more time on feet tho.
